Happy year of the Wooden Snake!

Happy Losar!

Today is the beginning of the Tibetan year of the Wooden Snake, so ལོ་གསར་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བདེ་ལེགས། (losar tashi delek!) to you! This year pairs the wisdom and insight of the Snake with the organic growth of Wood, so it is a great year to start meditation practice or therapy.

Sometimes people ask: what do you do with the money you raise? We pay for things. Like trips to teach the Dharma, like our Zoom, our Otter.ai transcribing service or the thousand things we do to keep teaching. Remember that money shouldn’t be a problem. We have free activities every month.

But basically you give us money. We put it to use in the teaching of Dharma.

Special Announcements

Mara Roast has been confirmed from 29/Sep to 4/Oct in Portland, Oregon. In the following days we'll write a summary of activities, prices, where to stay and everything else, so watch out for it!

Also, we declare this month of March, women's month The Month of Tara for our Kula, to remember her vow.
