H.H.Jigme Phuntsok's special teaching, Phurba Gulkhukma (the neck-pouch Kila) is a special teaching that's amazing: a compact, essential Vajrakilaya practice, containing all the instructions of Vajrakila in a format that fit in a pouch.

This is the first time we'll teach this kind of practice openly. Why are we doing that? We know that there's a lot of people practicing Vajrakilaya teachings without any kind of empowerment and link to the deity. This is, in our view, very dangerous, since Vajrakilaya is a practice of absolute wrath.
