This will be a talk open to everyone, in a hybrid format (virtual and in person).

Through actionable strategies rooted in spiritual wisdom and practical magic, Lama Fede will share tools to protect, empower, and uplift yourself and your community. Learn how to harness resilience, reclaim your power, and create sacred spaces of resistance and healing. Since this talk is offered to all minorities (be they Buddhist or not), we will focus on general rituals and strategies.
